PROVIZIT Meeting Room Display Screen app is a part of PROVIZIT visitor management system.
The app runs on a 10.1” industry-grade tablet that is installed outside a meeting room.
This helps the employees in knowing the status of a meeting room.
Features:- It lists the meeting room booking engagements of the day- Once a user sets up a meeting using PROVIZIT VMS app or Outlook / Office 365, the meeting details are immediately displayed on the screen - The information on the screen, include: o name of the meeting room o current date and time o meeting start and end timeso host and guest names- The screen is equipped with LED lining with three colors: Red, Blue and Green.
This helps in knowing the status of the room from far off.o Red indicates that the meeting is going on and the room is busyo Blue indicates that meeting is soon to start o Green indicates that the room is available- Personalization: your logo will also be displayed on the screen
